Please be serious when you enter your data into our system, it is your responsibility to make sure the text, photo/picture/vedio, and/or other data you entered do NOT violate any copyright, trademark and/or other laws. It is forbidden to enter illegal, illicit, fraudulent, inaccurate, and/or misleading information.
We will not and have no obligation to monitor the data entered by Internet users using our system, however, we reserve the right to terminate the user access to this site and delete your data from our system(s) if you failed to obey the law and/or our Terms of Use. Our system contains links to other websites, we are not responsible for the content of those websites. While uploading data into our system, we strongly suggest that you keep your local data in your own computers/devices safely and securely for your own backup.
We are not responsible for any kind of losses due to unexpected server
outages and/or other failures, and do not provide any type of refund and/or compensation for the loss of service due to
the outage period, we will however make every effort to fix the problem as
soon as possible. In no event shall we be liable for any losses, damage, data loss arising from the use of our system.
Charges are non-refundable, and price may be changed without notice.
Our system can sell products and services, e.g. sell commercial iBook, it can be free at the beginning (unique), or 30 days free tiral (unique), or pay to read like other iBook or eBook, contact us for more information.
Two or more persons share the same username and password is prohibited. Non-Profit can have 5 free iBooks while Profit can have 1 free iBook, you can create 1 free commercial iBook for sale.
Intellectual property rights, reservation of rights, other restrictions: our software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. We own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software, we retain any and all rights in and to the software system, including copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All rights including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by us. The system design idea, programming structure and organization, and all source code of our software system are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of us. It is illegal to reuse any part of them for any kind of purpose. The system user(s) should not use the same or similar software system design idea to develop the same or similar software system.
The system User(s) should not modify, adapt, translate our system software including system design idea to create derivative works based on the our software system.
GOVERNING LAW: all issues shall be governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada
Limitation of liability:
To the maxium extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any
special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the system
system software or the failure to porvide support services, even if we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages, in any case, our entire liability
under any provision of this eula shall be limited to $1.00
